Ballard's has their Burlap Ribbon on sale. Regular price is $12.00 and it is on sale for $3.99. You may need to call in your order because when I went to the cart it said it was no longer $3.99, but was $10.00. I called and they placed my order and adjusted the price. Happy shopping!
